Add each ASE certification you hold, its code and the date you earned it, and this tool computes every 5-year recert deadline, flags whether it's Renewal App eligible (A1 to A9 only, $52/year) or retest-only, and sorts your dashboard by the deadline that's due soonest. Nothing you enter leaves this device: your certs and dates are saved only in this browser's local storage. When you use the tool we receive only an anonymous, banded summary (how many certs you're tracking and how far out your nearest deadline is), never your actual codes or dates. See the privacy policy.

How the deadlines are calculated
- Expiration. Every ASE certification is valid for 5 years from the date you earned it, on its own independent clock.
- Status bands. A cert reads on track with more than 12 months left, plan your renewal inside 12 months, renew now inside 3 months, and expired, retest required once the date has passed.
- Renewal path. A1 through A9 certifications show as Renewal App eligible ($52/year covers every A-series cert you hold, 1 question per cert every 30 days, 8 correct answers extends that cert 1 year). Every other series shows retest-only, since the Renewal App does not yet cover them (verified against ase.com/tests/renewals, 2026-07-30). Full mechanics in the recertification guide.
